POLICIES

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out client forms. If you are running over 10 minutes late, the appointment may have to be rescheduled.

  • To respect our technician’s time and yours, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice so they have a chance to fill the appointment time slot.

  • Failure to show up for your appointment (no-show) will result in a 100% charge of the service applied to your account. You will be asked to provide your credit card information to reserve all future appointments.

  • Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities you may have.

  • We do not wax guests using Retin-A, Differin or Accutane. Please inform us of any other medications or illnesses that may cause sensitivity to waxing.

  • Please be respectful of the other guests, as this is a small salon. Please mute cell phones or place on vibrate.

  • Group events (three of more) will require a 50% deposit to book services. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for groups, otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.

  • Children under 12 years old are to stay at home unless they are receiving a service. Our space is small and we do not want to take away from our other client’s experience.

  • We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.

  • Gratuity is not included in the cost of the service. While gratuity is not required, it is greatly appreciated.
