Beauty and Bloom Policies

  • Please Arrive 10 minutes early to fill out client forms. If you are running over 10 minutes late, the appointment may have to be rescheduled.

  • To respect our technicians’ time and yours, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice so they have a chance to fill the appointment time slot.

  • Failure to show up for your appointment (no-show) will result in a 100% charge of the service applied to you account. You will be asked to provide your credit card information to reserve all future appointments.

  • Please inform us of any allergies of sensitivities you might have.

  • We don’t wax anyone using Retin-A, Differing or Accutane. Please inform us of any other medications or illnesses that may cause sensitivity to waxing.

  • Please be respectful of the other guests, as this is a small salon. Please mute cell phones or place on vibrate.

  • Group events (3 or more) will require a 50% deposit to book services. A 48 hour cancellation notice is required for groups, otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.

  • Children need to be supervised at all times by a parent/guardian to avoid injury.

  • We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

  • Gratuity is not included in the cost of the service. While gratuity is not required, it is greatly appreciated.

Beauty Crew Mobile Policies

  • Travel fee is complimentary within New Hanover County.  Automatic $50 travel fee outside of New Hanover County and an additional $50 per 30 miles traveled.

  • A non-refundable deposit of ½ the contract is required.

  • Dates are guaranteed only with signed contract and deposit.

  • Early morning fee (before 8 a.m.) is an additional $50/artist.

  • Please come with clean, dry hair and clean skin.
